Honeyville has been making Whipped Honey since the 1950's when beekeeper Vernon Culhane designed and built his own mixer. Being quite meticulous, he took pride in having every batch of thick whipped honey meet his standards. The first flavor he created was by adding fresh ground cinnamon to his whipped wildflower honey. Today, Vernon's Cinnamon Whipped Honey is still the customer favorite! Thicker than regular honey, simply store Cinnamon Whipped Honey at room temperature until you are ready to dig in.

After visiting Durango many times (parents live 1 mile south of Honeyville) I often bring home treats from Honeyville to friends. Everything I have brought back has been a hit- especially whipped cinnamon honey. Several of my friends put in orders for it when they know I'm traveling to Durango. Others have ordered directly from Honeyville. I especially love the honey on toast or toasted English muffins. For that matter, it's great straight out of the jar! Thank you for producing such great products.

Great Pairing for those that love Honey and Cinnamon in tea or in oatmeal.When i bought this it was more of a try but I love this stuff. use it in my tea all day long, put it in my oatmeal and sometimes when i want a little sweetness in my ice coffee i squeeze in a bit. Love this stuff. the online ordering is quick easy and packaging is impressive they really care about how your products reaches your hands.

I usually delete any requests for reviews, but this honey is so good, I'm doing it this time. I have the Peach, Bourbon, and Cinnamon and they're all delicious! All are good toast, crackers, biscuits, even baguette. Also good combined with Almond Butter!
