• 1 lb  Chicken Wings
  • 1 tablespoon Season Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 2 teaspoon Cracked Pepper
  • 1/2 Jar Apricot Habanero Jam
  • 1/4 cup water


Mix warm water and Apricot Habanero Jam together to turn into a glaze. Place aside. In large mixing bowl coat Chicken Wings with: Season Salt, Pepper, Paprika. Warm Grill to Medium heat: Place Chicken skin up on grill for 7 minutes then rotate. With brush rub glaze on side facing up. Wait 5 minute to rotate, glaze side facing up (Skin Side). Wait 5 more minutes, rotate so that skin side is down. Cook until skin is to desired texture (Golden Brown)
