1 box of hot roll mix, prepare as directed
After rising, roll dough oblong (approx. 14"x 8"). Spread Strawberry Rhubarb Jam dow the center of the dough.
Cut the dough into 2" stips on each side of the jam. Beginneing and the bottom of the "candy cane", pull the 2" strip on the right, then the left, crisscrossing and pinching them together.
Shape the dough like a candy cane by scooting the upper part in a curve.

Dust with powdered or sparkling sugar
